Sorry - It's been a week!

I apologize for not posting for a week. Let's just say...last week was crazy. We'll just leave it at that for now.

We headed to GA for the day on Saturday and got almost all of our Christmas shopping done. That is a huge relief. I like to get done before Thanksgiving each year, so I'm right on track. I think I only have 3 gifts left to buy. I do need to finish up the kids still. They were with us, so I couldn't exactly shop for them.

The kids are both battling colds right now and Wayne is just getting over Bronchitis. I think the kids should feel good enough to go to school tomorrow, so that is a relief. Connor missed an entire week just 2 weeks ago, so I'd hate for him to miss anymore. They have Monday's off school, so we've just spent the day resting and playing at home. It's been a pretty relaxing day. The kids have been playing dress up most of the day. So, at various times I have a Mr. Incredible and a princess running around the house. They have also been pretend camping a lot today. But, they had to take a break from that a short while ago so that Connor could drive Lindsey to her recital. She proceeded to perform a song and dance for us in the family room. Oh - the imaginations of kids. They are just too funny!
