Monday Monday!!

Well, we decided to pass on going to Gatlinburg this weekend and made alternate plans instead. Friday night, we got a sitter and went out to dinner with Laurel & Patrick. It was nice to leave all the kids at home and have an adult night. The kids got to go to Pizza Hut with their babysitter and then to the Dollar Tree where I think they must have racked up a $20 tab by the looks of all the little goodies around the house. I know they had a great time!

Saturday, the weather was in the low 60's, so after nap time we headed out to the park. The kids were thrilled to get the chance to ride their bikes again. Wayne and I walked while the kids rode and then they played for a while at the playground. It was a nice afternoon.

Sunday, we did nothing except go to church. The rest of the day was spent getting some chores done around the house and catching up on some R&R. It was a nice, relaxing day.

Today, the kids have played around the house and just sat down to watch Mulan. They painted pictures this morning, along with half my kitchen floor. Thank goodness I only buy washable paint because they made quite the mess. But, they had a great time, so it was worth it. We've had a fun day!
