So Sick of Being Sick!!

Today I'm going to whine!! I've been fighting a cold since we were in Ohio the other week. It comes and goes, but has come back full force as of 2 nights ago. I'm miserable!! It's hard enough to breath with a baby compressing my lungs, but this congestion is making it even harder. I told Wayne last night at bedtime that if I were given the choice of having the baby today or waking up without this cold, I would choose to be free of the cold. He looked at me and said "Wow, you really do feel bad." But, cold or no cold, I'm trying to keep up with things and stay busy.

Today the kids have a playdate coming over in a little bit. Tonight, Wayne and I have a nice evening out planned. We have a sitter for the kids and we're heading out to a really nice place to eat. It's our "early" anniversary dinner, since our actual anniversary is only 5 days after the baby is scheduled to be born. Hopefully, I'll be able to actually taste the food!!

I had a doctor appointment yesterday. The baby is doing good. My blood pressure was up a little, but not too bad, so they aren't overly concerned. Everything is looking great. We are down to only 13 days until my C-Section. I'm excited...and a little nervous too.
