We had a pretty busy weekend, but it sure was fun! Friday night, we had dinner at a friends house in our neighborhood. The kids all got along wonderfully and dinner tasted great. Saturday, we got up and cleaned the house. Man, that is a chore! With 3 floors of living space, 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms it takes a while to clean. But, we knocked it out pretty quickly together. Then, we headed up to Champaign to buy some tables for the family room now that we have our furniture. We spent a few hours in Champaign buying tables and then shopping at the mall. I managed to pick up some great deals at Gymboree for the boys, which made me happy. When we got home from Champaign, we had 1 hour to get changed into Halloween costumes and eat dinner before heading out again. We took the kids to "Boo at the Zoo." We have a small zoo here in town and they decorate it for Halloween and have stations set up around the zoo for the kids to collect treats. They had a great time. Here are some pictures:
Yesterday, I took Isaac to his 4 month check up. He was 26 inches long and weighs 18 lbs 4 ounces. Yes...he's a big boy...I know! He's big just like his brother was as a baby. He got 4 shots and it broke my heart. He was SO sad. He's been really crabby today and has been running a fever, so I've been giving him lots of TLC and motrin. Hopefully he'll feel better tomorrow.
