Long, Busy Day!

Today seemed like a long day. Maybe it's because Connor crawled into my bed before 5:00 AM this morning. He wasn't feeling good, which didn't come as a surprise. He was running a low fever most of the weekend and had a terrible cough. He stayed home from school today and took a good nap and rested while watching a few movies. Luckily, his fever has been gone most of the day. He may be able to go back to school tomorrow...if they have school. We are supposed to be getting a snow storm overnight. We'll have to see what tomorrow brings!

I made invitations and place cards today for the kids Elegant Tea Party at school on Friday. They are doing letter "E" this week at school and have a formal tea party to celebrate at the end. They get to wear dresses and suits and are also spending the week learning proper etiquette. I'm planning to attend the tea.

Wednesday, I have the neighbor coming to watch Isaac while I volunteer at the kids Valentine Party. I'm sure that will be fun.

Better go. Time to get the kids ready for bed.
