Poor Baby!!

This is my baby with croup...Poor Guy!!

Doesn't he just look miserable!!! However, I am happy to report that he seems to be feeling a bit better today. None of my children have ever been this sick at such a young age. He's had 5 days of a fever, sneezing, coughing, runny eyes, runny nose alternating with congestions and of course, that terrible inflamation of his trachea that causes a bizzare noise known as croup. He is taking an oral steroid and that helps with the inflamation, so he hasn't been wheezing anymore. He's taken lots of naps today and actually slept some last night. That was a blessing! I was SO tired because he and I spent a majority of the previous night at the ER after our doctor sent us there for a breathing treatment.

It has been snowing most of the day and many of the schools dismissed early, but not Connor & Lindsey's school. I'm sure they will want to play in the snow tonight, but I don't think we're going to do that. I can't risk another sick kid right now!!

We really did have a nice weekend, other than Isaac being sick. It was so fun spending time with the Hammelman family. The kids played wonderfully together and Lindsey is really missing the girls.

I'm SO happy that the Colts won the Super Bowl, so Ha Ha to all you Bears fans who sent me emails for 2 weeks!!!! I think next year, Wayne and I are going to try to make it to at least one Colts game. We'll see...

Isaac is up from his nap and needing some attention, so I better go.
