Beyond Busy!

We got home from Laura's house on Sunday afternoon. It was a crazy weekend trying to help them unpack with 5 kids in the house. Connor and Lindsey were very well behaved and spent most of the time in the basement playing in the fort of boxes that Uncle Eric made them. Isaac was up most of the night the first night and I realized the next morning that he is starting to get his one year molars. YIPPIE! I could hardly wait for him to start teething again... So, on Saturday, I was one tired (and crabby) mama. I drugged him up good before bed the next night and he slept much better. He was only up 1-2 times instead of every hour or so. I can tell he is suffering and I feel bad for him. Poor little guy. So we're back to regiments of Tylenol, Motrin, Ora gel and Teething Tablets.

Now this week isn't going to be any more relaxing. Today I had a minor surgical procedure done called Novasure. Hopefully it will be a cure all for the female problems that have plagued me my entire life. We'll see. It was relatively painless, but I'm still a little groggy and crampy. Wayne is taking another day off tomorrow to be with me and Isaac. I'm hopeful that by Thursday I'll be feeling back to normal.

Connor and Lindsey only have 2 more days of school this year. OH MY! I can't believe my kids are almost first graders. Yesterday, I signed them up for fall soccer. This coming Friday, they are testing for new belts at Karate. They are really excited for that.

Then, on top of all this...we leave early Saturday morning for a trip to NC. Wayne is going down to Franklin for work and we are all tagging along to visit with friends. Upon our return, is Lindsey's dance recital and Isaac's first birthday party. After that, I think I'll finally be able to stop and take a breath. Sorry...no pictures...I've been too crazy busy to even get out the camera.
