DAY FOUR: JAMAICA

Today was probably my favorite day on the entire trip. At the last minute, Mom and I decided to book an excursion instead of going to the beach. We took a 2 hour drive from Montego Bay to Ocho Rios. It was an interesting drive and we learned a lot about local culture. When we arrived at Ocho Rios, we went to Dunn River Falls. It was a 600 foot waterfall that we climbed. What a rush! It was lots of fun. I think I only fell once and Mom fell once or twice. We had a great time.

After our time at the falls, we went to Jimmy Buffets Margaritaville for lunch and then we had some free time for shopping. Margaritaville was pretty neat. We saw several of them at all our islands and they all had a waterslide and pool inside the resteraunt, as well as a pool bar. By the time we got back to the pier, it was time to get back onboard. I was glad for that because the locals were VERY aggressive in Jamaica and it was very annoying.

Once we got back onboard, we headed to the pool deck for some sun. We were anxious for dinner that night because it was Thanksgiving. We had a great dinner and went to the show. We headed to bed early because we were pretty tired from our adventurous day!
