Love You Mary!!!

I got the best phone call this afternoon. My friend, Mary, called to tell me that her brother-in-law gave her a day at the Spa for her and a friend as a Christmas gift. Guess who she is taking with her........ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was beyond excited. Thank You Mary and Eric (her brother-in-law). It is so sweet of her to let me come with her. We had a great time on our last spa day, so I'm sure this one will be fantastic too!

I spent the entire day today cleaning out closets and cabinets. I've been through every closet in the house but the guest room. I just have that closet and one kitchen cabinet left. I dreaded doing it, but it needed done. It's days like today that I'm thankful I'm not a pack rat. I like things simple, clean and organized so I root through everything in the house once or twice a year getting rid of things we don't use anymore. I didn't used to be this way, but as often as we move we've learned to stay organized.

Tomorrow, I plan to finish up my closet/cabinet organization project, finish wrapping gifts and write a letter to Ms. Barbara, the kids old PreK teacher from NC. She sent them the nicest Christmas card in the mail. She is such a wonderful lady and we were truly blessed to have our kids in her class.

We leave for Ohio on Saturday morning...wow! Can you believe it's almost Christmas?
