Shopping Day

Wayne headed off to NC yesterday morning. Laura and the girls got here mid morning and we've been having a great time. We have a pretty good system between the two of us and our 5 kids. We're a good team.

Today we got up and headed to Champaign. I had some clothes on hold at Gap Kids for Lindsey. Then, we headed to Gymboree to do some gymbucks shopping. That was fun! Isaac was pretty cooperative...for Isaac. We only shopped for a short time and then we took the kids to the soft play area. That wasn't much fun today as there were some older kids in there that were not being very well supervised by their moms. They continually knocked into the little kids, so we decided to leave after a short stay.

We headed back to my house and put the kids down for naps. Connor and Lindsey will be home from school soon. They have karate tonight and then we are heading to Laura's tomorrow. I promised the kids a trip to Chuck-E-Cheese if they did good on their Unit 3 Reading test today. I just checked grades and they both got an A, so I'm very proud of them. They don't have school on Friday, so I thought it would be a great day to do Chuck-E-Cheese. I don't like going there when it is crowded.
