Quick Trip

Today we made a morning run to the new house. We promised the kids we'd take them to see it today and they were so excited. The both really liked it and had fun exploring every inch of the place. Most of the house is painted and it looks nice. The beige is kinda boring to me, but it looks good. Lindsey's room is a bit brighter than I expected, but isn't as bad as Wayne made it sound. I took her bedding with us and it matches the walls very nicely, so it won't need painted right away. We may tone it down in the future, but once the furniture is in the room and the curtains are up, it may not look too bad.

We have a birthday party in a little bit at the neighbors house. That will be fun. It seems like we've hardly seen them since fall. It will be nice catching up with them. That's about the only thing we have going on this weekend.
