Coming Home

Tomorrow I'm heading back home. It's going to be a full car because my parents are coming back with me. Wayne drove their car back last week after my Grandma's funeral and we decided to stay for a while in Ohio. We are going to finally have Isaac's birthday party this Saturday. It was scheduled to be the weekend that my Grandma passed, so we postponed it a few weeks.

We've had a fun stay in Ohio. We took a trip down to the river to stay in my parents camper for a few days. I think it was a nice getaway for everyone after the funeral. I'll tell you though...camping in that camper sure isn't "primitive" camping. We had a blast! It's got a full kitchen, a sleeper sofa, a king size bed...pure luxury!

Today, I took the kids and got them their birthday presents early. They were both wanting Nintendo DS systems and Wayne and I decided to get them now since we travel in the car so much during the summer months. So, they are THRILLED! I'm sure they will play them the whole way home tomorrow.
