Parent/Teacher Conferences

The kids are out of school for the next 6 days...November Holiday, I guess. They have a whopping 14 days of school in November. Today and tomorrow are due to conferences, then the weekend, Monday for no reason at all and Tuesday for Veterans Day.

My conferences were tonight. I learned a lesson...don't schedule them back to back. Connor's teacher was running behind, so I was late to Lindsey's conference. But, Wayne was late from work and skipped Connor's conference, so he was on time for Lindsey's. The teachers had nothing but great things to say about the kids, so I was pleased. They both said what nice, well behaved children they were. They don't see them at home...ha ha!

Connor lost 2 teeth this week. I won't go into details...we'll just say he had a little help from his sister and leave it at that. But, he was pleased to get a visit from the tooth fairy. Other than that, it's been a relatively boring week.
