So Quiet!

So, the kids are back to school today! It's so quiet here today. But, I'm enjoying it! I'm looking forward to Isaac's nap so I can read and enjoy total peace. It's been a crazy 6 days. I think in the summer, I must get used to the chaos of having all 3 kids home, but I'm just not as used to it right now. We did have fun, though. The kids each had a day with a friend here and they really enjoyed themselves.

This wonderful hot/cold/damp weather has brought the gift of colds to all the kids. Isaac seems like he's just starting a full force assault. His eyes are watering, his face is puffy and his nose is running. Both kids were congested this morning, but I think they'll be okay. Isaac will probably have full blown bronchitis by the end of the week. This is how it usually starts with him. I don't know why he has so many respiratory problems. Poor baby.

Isaac is talking full sentences now. It's great! Just this past week he started stringing lots of words together. I love waiting to see what he'll say next.
