Go Buckeyes!
Tonight Ohio State plays in the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl against Texas. After seeing my Colts go down in defeat on Saturday, I could really use a win tonight to pick up my spirits. This is probably the last football game I'll watch this season and I'd love to end the season with a victory. Wayne and I both hate watching games at the end of the season once our teams are done. It's too depressing! We love football at this house! So, after tonight, we'll be looking forward to the 2009 season. We will, probably, watch the Super Bowl...only because you have to watch it.
Isaac is doing awesome with his potty training. I felt really confident today, so we packed all the diapers in the car and made a delivery to Baby Ryan. Isaac carried a pack of diapers into Mary's house and took them right to Ryan. Mary asked him what he was wearing if he was giving Ryan his diapers and he proudly said "undies." He spent most of the day today in nothing but a shirt and socks. He can totally go potty on demand, so I've just been taking him every 1-2 hours. It's been almost 2 weeks now, so I'd like him to start telling me when he needs to potty or just go on his own. I've learned that he absolutely will not have an accident if he has no pants/undies on. So, for the past few days, we've been letting him run around naked from the waist down. Whenever he needs to potty, he just goes by himself and then tells us. I'm hoping after a few more days to add underwear and hopefully he'll continue to go when he needs. Then, I'll add pants as well. Hopefully he'll be completely trained by February. He's really been pretty easy to train, so I guess he was just really ready this time. Good for you, Isaac!!
The kids started back to school and came home like wild animals. Wayne took them to Boot Camp at the gym, which they love. I love it too...it gets their energy out! Isaac and I went to the gym this morning, so we're just hanging out at home tonight. I think we're going to go take a bath.
