Happy New Year!

Sorry I've been MIA with posting. We've been busy celebrating with family and relaxing when possible! All our company is gone now. We've had such a fun week having family here to visit. You can read all about our Christmas in the posts below.

Just a few updates:

#1 - I did FINALLY get a Christmas tree that WORKS!! Yeah! However, Wayne's dad wants to make a tree trade with us. They have a 13 or 15 foot tree that they want to trade for our 9 foot tree. We'll have to think about that. It's a lot of tree to store and decorate.

#2 - Guess who's done buying diapers.....ME!!! I think Isaac is going to be potty trained. He's got the #1's down, but we're still working on the #2's. He was accident free all day today, so we were thrilled with him. He even took himself to the potty when he needed to go #2. Yeah Isaac!! He's been wearing underwear everyday for a week. He's only had 2 #1 accidents all week. We're 2 for 6 on the #2's, though. But, we're making progress. He and I packed all his diapers up over the weekend and he thinks I've already taken them to Baby Ryan. (a friends son). So, Mary, I may have some diapers for you soon!!!!!

I'm heading off now. I got soap in my eye during my shower tonight and it appears I rubbed it so hard that I took a chunk of my cornea out. Yeah! It doesn't hurt too bad, but it's really annoying me. It feels like I have a hair in my eye or something.
