Bad to Worse

Quick update: My sore throat went from bad to worse overnight. I got out of bed this morning and got immediately dressed and headed to Prompt Care. My strep test was positive, so I started on a Z-Pack today. I sure hope to be feeling better soon. I took a 2 hour nap earlier this afternoon, but I still feel wiped out.

Isaac continues to run a fever. I've asked him several times if his throat hurts or ears hurt and he says no. I'm planning to call the doctor tomorrow morning if he is still feverish. The nurse at prompt care said that he could have the strep virus even without a sore throat and thought he should get checked tomorrow if he's still sick.

I'm praying that no one else gets this, but I also know that strep is very contagious, so I won't be shocked.
