Wayne's gone to Indiana

Wayne left this morning about 5 AM to head to Atlanta to catch a plane. He called about an hour ago to say he had made it safely to Indianapolis and was on his drive up to the CAT Lafayette plant. He will back back tomorrow evening, so this is just a short little trip for him.

Lindsey spent the day with me while Connor headed off to Preschool this morning. I was able to get her fever under control before bedtime last night and she still didn't have one so far today, but I like them to be fever free for at least 24 hours before I send them back around other children. So, if she can keep her fever down today, she can return to school this morning. However, I'm half expecting her fever to return tonight. She is still very pale and tired, so I don't think she has this out of her system yet. We'll see...

We obviously have no plans the rest of today except hanging out and playing at home. I told the kids I'd make them their favorite dinner tonight - homemade Mac-n-Cheese because it's not Wayne's favorite meal. So, it's a good time to make it since he's away.
