It's finally here!!

Our new leather furniture FINALLY arrived today. We ordered it back in August and it was supposed to come in about 3 weeks ago. It finally came in this week and it was delivered today. We love it. It is SO comfy!! It's by lazyboy and it all reclines. We will have to have a movie night tonight.


Our day hasn't gone as expected today. Lindsey woke up with a sore throat and low fever, so we ended up having to take her to the doctor. She has strep. We were planning to go to the fall festival at the kids school this evening, but now we will have to miss that. The kids are bummed! Wayne still has to go and work at a booth from 4-5.

The kids have started their extracurricular activies this week. Connor had his first karate session on Thursday. It was a private intake session and he had a great time. His eyes were HUGE when they fitted him for his uniform. He starts his group classes this week. He goes twice a week for 30 minutes. Lindsey took her first dance lesson on Thursday night. Her class is an hour long and is 30 minutes of ballet and 30 minutes of tap. She said she loves it and can't wait to go again this week. They are also finishing up a tumbling class on Mondays for the next 6 weeks and then that class is done. I'm not overly impressed with it. Then, next month, Connor is starting golf lessons once a week. GEEZ, we're going to be busy!! But, the kids are loving it!
