Pictures for Mom - Finally!!

I know I promised pictures several days ago…but what can I say? It was busy, as usual, with Wayne gone last week. But, I’m finally getting caught up around here. Which is good because he’s gone again all next week!! Lucky for me, Laura and the girls are coming down to visit next week. I can’t wait to see the girls. They have changed so much since I last saw them. I miss them so much.

Isaac wants to stand all the time now. He isn’t happy unless he’s standing. He just cracks me up. He pulls up on everything now. That boy can’t figure out how to crawl properly, but he wants to walk. He is still crawling like an inchworm. He does it SO fast, though. I’m wondering if he’ll ever learn to crawl normal before he learns to walk. He is even getting brave enough to let go of one hand.

Connor and Lindsey had a great time playing in the snow on Saturday afternoon. They waited patiently all week for Wayne to get home and take them outside. They had a blast. They were out there for a long time. The snow was up to there knees, so they had a difficult time walking around. But, they seemed to have fun.

Wayne’s trip was a challenge. He didn’t get on board his flight from Chicago to Canada because the plane was overbooked. So, he had to fly from Chicago to Denver to Canada. But, he was compensated. He got to fly first class and received a free round trip airfare ticket within the continental US for sometime within the next year. Then, when flying from one part of Canada to another later in the week, his luggage got sent to a different destination. So, he got off the plane with no coat and it was -13 outside. Then, when he finally arrived back in IL, the entire bottom was ripped out of his suitcase. So, he had to put his belongings in a trash bag and leave his suitcase at the airport for the manager to look at today. I assume he’ll be getting money for a new suitcase. He was happy to be home. I sure wish he didn’t have to leave again next week.
