Wacky Wednesday

The kids had Wacky Wednesday at Soccer Camp today. They wore crazy clothes and did funny things to their hair. Of course, I forgot my camera...I'm so bad about that. They are really enjoying soccer camp. They are both earning green cards, which is how they reward them for doing a good job. That makes them very proud. Their coach seems very energetic and fun.

After soccer camp, we headed up to the church for the last day of VBS. They did a water park play day and a luncheon. The kids had a blast. All 3 of them played in the water for about an hour before eating lunch. After lunch, we headed home for Isaac's afternoon nap.

Tonight, the kids and I are just hanging out. We did early baths because Wayne was heading out for a softball game. It's almost time to put Isaac down for the night, but he's having such a great time playing with the kids that I think I'll keep him up for a bit longer.

Isaac is finally starting to get a tad easier. Either walking, leaving him with my mom for 9 days, or stopping breastfeeding has gotten him over his fussiness. He's not clinging to me all the time screaming like he used to do. It's a relief. I also moved his toys down to the basement toy room so he gets to play with Connor & Lindsey all the time. That has really made him happy. He wants to be wherever they are and doing what they do.

He's gotten really go at doing things that you tell him to do. This morning, I asked if he was ready to eat and to go to his chair. Usually, he walks right to his highchair. This morning, Connor was already at the table, so Isaac goes to the table and pulls out a chair and tries to get in it. He's SUCH a climber. This morning, I caught him trying to climb out of his crib. Luckily, he's too short to be successful with that, but I hate that he's even trying. He had his one leg hiked up on the top rail of the crib!! He's going to be my little trouble maker. Good thing he's so darn cute...It's his saving grace! He's walking very good these days, so I thought I'd add a video.

Connor with his missing tooth. Although, the permanent tooth is already in there.

Isaac crawled right up on the sofa with Connor this morning. He LOVES him!

My mess of a toy room. See everyone...I am capable of having a mess in the house...for a little!

Does this chair look familiar? My friend, Mary, bought this chair for Connor and Lindsey's first birthday. I just got it out this weekend and Isaac loves it.
