People Galore

We had a lot of people coming and going here today! CAT requires us to have 2 separate appraisals done of our house. If they are within 5% of each other, they take the average of the 2 and that is the buy out they give us on the house if it doesn't sell in 60 days. If they are more than 5% apart, you get a 3rd appraisal and they average all 3 of them. Hopefully we'll not need a third this time. We had to do that in NC and it takes several additional weeks to get that buy out. Anyway, we had both our appraisers out to the house today. We also had our home inspector back out to see the attic and electrical box that he was unable to get to last week.
