Goodbye Midnights!

Wayne has been working 3rd shift for the past few months as part of his new job. Apparently, they decided he would be more valuable on first shift, so Monday he'll be changing to a first shift Group Manager. YEAH! I'll be so happy to have him at home during the night again. We knew 3rd shift was a temporary assignment for him, but we expected it to last about a year. So, we are thrilled!

I think we are going out for Mexican tonight. That is always very tasty! Hopefully the Hammelman family will be able to meet up with us there. Tomorrow, we're heading over to Laura's to get our guest bed back. They've been borrowing it for the past year and we are going to need it back now that Lindsey is back in a double bed again. I'm not sure what plans we have this weekend. We have a few pictures to hang and a curtain to put up. We planned to dig out all our screens and put them on for spring, but I'm not sure the weather is going to cooperate with us. There is talk of snow on Saturday...whatever!

Wayne and I got some cute videos of Isaac this morning. Yes, those are socks on his hands....he's weird! He is a dancing boy! He LOVES to dance and loves all things music. The second video is of him practicing his words. I've really been trying to get him to use more words on a regular basis. All my kids were late talkers, so I'm not surprised that he isn't talking much as he nears his 2nd birthday. But, we are working on it. He makes me laugh trying to say peoples names. Most of them sound nothing like they should, but he tries. That is progress! Enjoy!
