Enough Already!

As I posted yesterday, I thought Isaac was getting over his tummy bug. I was wrong. Last night, he started running a fever which seemed odd because he hasn't had a fever all week. He was up early this morning fever free and seemed in an okay mood. After an hour, I offered him some milk and a waffle. He pushed the waffle away, but drank about half his cup of milk. I haven't been pushing him to eat because of not feeling good, so I let him down from the table. He started getting fussy, so I put on a cartoon for him to watch while I got the kids ready for school. About 45 minutes later, he came over to me and threw up all over my feet. YUCK! Of course, once again, it was minutes before time to take the kids to school. So, I rushed to clean the kitchen floor and get he and I both showered and get the kids to school on time. We made it...on time...again!

I ended up calling the doctor, who wanted to see him. I knew it was just a virus and I was right. The doctor said it's been going around, with mostly adults, and lasts 5-6 days. So, we should be just about done. I hope no one else in our house gets struck with it, but I won't be surprised.

He just had a massive diaper explosion requiring yet another bath and now his fever has returned. UGH! That little guy has had more baths this week and I've done countless loads of laundry all because of this virus!
