I've got Strep!

I headed out to the doctor this morning. My throat was so swollen, red and pussy. Plus, I have a fever, headache and swollen glands. The doctor took one look at my throat and said..."Yep, you've got Strep." He said he's seen it in a lot of adults this week, but everyone had gotten it from their kids. My kids have all been healthy, so far. I guess I won't be surprised if they get sick over the weekend. I hope not, though. So, I'm trying to take it easy some today. I still hope to take the kids out to dinner tonight to celebrate the end of the school year. Wayne wants to go into the mall to get a pair of shoes and go eat somewhere nearby. So, we'll see how the day goes. I feel like spending the day in bed, but that's not going to happen. My kids deserve some celebrating!!!
