So, this is what you get when you spend a small fortune on a house...duct tape!!! You can't see it very well in the pictures, but there is a stripe of silver duct tape on the top of each of those 3 bottom windows. Our great room casement windows were all leaking during heavy rains. Today, a guy from the window company came to put new weather stripping on them. Well, he said the casing is bent up so bad that it will all need to be replaced. He took pictures to send to quality because he'd never seen anything like this before. So, next Thursday he's supposed to come back and fix them. In addition, he's also going to redo the other 5 casement windows we have to make sure they don't ever begin leaking. If this doesn't work, he said will be getting 8 new windows. He said he was embarrassed at how bad they are, so I gather this is fairly unusual.
The kids had another great week at school. I'm hoping to get some landscaping done tomorrow, but I don't think I'll do much. Connor has a morning football game and then I'm going out with friends tomorrow night. Sunday we'll have church and then an open house at a program Isaac is attending one morning a week during the school year. So, we have a busy weekend planed.
