Shopping for spring

I can't believe how the clothes change from winter to summer so quickly after Christmas. This week, I've started buying swim suits, summer PJ's and shorts for the kids. I've gotten some awesome deals from Gymboree, Gap and Boden so I've been happy! I'm also keeping my eye on a patio set at Target for my covered porch. It's a little pricey, but I'm totally in love with it...so, we'll see.

Our weekend ended up being as uneventful as planned. Connor started basketball practice, which he really enjoyed. We went to the gym to exercise and took the kids swimming for a while. Everyone enjoyed that.

I have a tile guy coming in a bit to put a ledge in our master bath shower. He's also going to quote me a price on doing a tile back splash in our kitchen. We are debating whether or not to do it ourselves because we've heard that it's more difficult to tile on a wall than it is to tile a floor.

Tonight we are planning on dinner at Chili's while Lindsey is a dance. I'm going to make it back to watch for a bit before class ends. This will be the first time I've gotten to watch her. I usually take her and a friend to dance and her friends mom picks them up and brings them home. So, I haven't watched her dance all year. So, I'm looking forward to seeing what new things she's learned.
