Day Four: Castries, St. Lucia

St. Lucia was beautiful! Ten times more beautiful than Barbados, so imagine our surprise when we stepped out on our balcony in the morning and saw this:

We had an excursion planned for the day that took us on a semi submerged submarine. We took the sub out by a coral reef and got to see the ocean life. It was pretty neat. When we got back to the boat, we ate some lunch and did a little shopping. We hung out at the pool the remainder of the afternoon until dinner. St. Lucia was the only Island where we didn't go to a local beach. I was bummed about that because it was such a nice island, so we'll have to go back there again some day!! We just didn't have time since the All Aboard call was a bit earlier at 4:30.

After dinner, stopped by the casino to make a donation and then we went to the evening show. After the show, we changed into our swimsuits. They had a huge 4th of July celebration on the pool deck. We swam and danced until just after midnight, stopped by the midnight 4th of July buffet and then called it a night.

St. Lucia in all its beauty!

A Pirate Ship that you can ride on. We took this picture for Connor.

Yes, this boat really does have a helicopter on the back of it. Amazing!

The reef where we stopped.

Underwater in the Semi-Submarine.

At the casino on the ship with the other couples from our dinner table.
