Connor and Me

Connor and I had a nice bonding day! Isaac had school this morning, so he went with me to drop him off and pick him up. We also made a quick side trip to Walmart to look at the flowers in the garden center. Connor LOVES flowers, so he was thrilled. He wanted to buy every flower we saw, but we only needed one thing...for now. It was nice spending some one on one time with him.

After we picked up Isaac, we headed home for lunch and I had both boys lay down for a nap. Connor woke up around 2:30, came downstairs, put the thermometer in his ear and took his temp and said "Mom, we've got a problem...it's back." I had told him all morning that it looked like he may be returning to school tomorrow, but now his fever is back around 101, so he'll be home with me again tomorrow. Lindsey will be sad. She was looking forward to him returning to school as she has declared not wanting to go to school without him. Oh well...she'll live!
